Use fruits and vegetables for keeping our arteries clean of plaque and keeping them expandable for your blood to be able to rush through your arteries.

When you create strain to your body like exercising and you have calcified arteries you will put a strain to your heart and if your arteries don't expand with the pumping of the heart it will cause your heart to strain which may cause a heart attack.

It is best to eat organically grown fruits and vegetables when ever possible because of the contamination of pesticides that are used to ward off the insects. And just because they are not organically grown is no reason to stay away from the fruits and vegetables, just make sure you wash them well when preparing them for consumption.

Most grocery and health food stores carry fruits and vegetables cleaners for washing off your veggies. Organically grown fruits and vegetables are grown with less or no pesticide and are grown in a good source of soil.

Fruits and vegetables have a very low calorie count and are easily assimilated by your system and what is not used is removed. And because it is all natural to our body and being that it is not man made it would be just a bit safer.

By eating all types of fruits and vegetables you are acquiring all of your daily nutrients, vitamins A-Z, antioxidants, potassium, fiber, folic acids, and much more.

With fruits and vegetables you can reduce the risk of getting heart diseases, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, constipation and yet gain on brain power, improved eye vision, improved hearing and much more.

With calcium in fruits and vegetables you're going to get healthy and stronger bones.

We can't leave out the plants and weeds as we see them, there are some that have great value and more and more your finding them in the health and the grocery stores.

I have never ever considered the weed dandelions growing in the front and back yard as healthy but yet there selling like crazy in the stores. What value would they have? Rich in calcium with antioxidants can good to help clean deposits of toxic substances in the kidneys and the urinary system.

Yes we have a lot to be thankful for; so not only consider the fruits and vegetables for good health but you have all the herbs, nuts, citrus, plants and much more.

WARNING! There are certain plants that our system will not tolerate, so if you're not sure of a plant you want to consume, INVESTIGATE!
