How To Eliminate Belly Fat: Eat Trans Fat

Believe it or not, but there are actually healthy trans fats found naturally that will help to burn off stomach fat.

You must think I'm crazy, I can already hear it now, "healthy trans fats; this guy doesn't know what he's talking about, everyone knows trans fats are bad for you." Well, you are partly correct. Artificial trans fats from hydrogenated oils are the unhealthiest foods (if you can even call it food) you can eat. Quite simply, artificial trans fats are evil causing health problems such as obesity, heart disease, various types of cancer, and much more. These are facts.

Avoid artificial trans fats by all means necessary.

What I'm about to say may surprise you. Most are unaware that there is a healthy trans fat that actually stimulates the loss of fat and can help to build lean muscle. This specific, naturally occurring trans fat is called conjugated linoleic acid or CLA for short. CLA is formed in the meat and dairy found in ruminant animals which include goats, cattle, sheep, bison, venison, kangaroo, etc.

Scientists have discovered that conjugated linoleic acid is not only a strong fat reducer but it also helps to prevent cancer. Levels of CLA is three to five times higher in grass fed ruminant animals as opposed to grain fed. Some supplement and vitamin shops are selling CLA pills that promote weight loss but before you even think about purchasing these pills...

Caution: Do not purchase conjugated linoleic acid supplement pills.

These pills are artificially created; the CLA is of a different isomer than the natural CLA isomer found in the meat and milk of ruminant animals. CLA pills don't contain natural CLA and therefore will not benefit you in the way that natural CLA will. The artificial CLA in pills also has a few potential side effects such as insulin resistance, raised glucose levels, and reducing HDL (good) cholesterol.

Health benefits, such as an increase in fat burning (predominantly from belly fat), only comes from the CLA obtained naturally from grass-fed ruminant animals. Other health benefits include: lower risk of lung, skin, stomach, colon, and breast cancer, lower risk of cardiovascular disease, and a decrease in high blood pressure. Best of all, there are no known side effects from natural CLA.

Although most artificial trans fats are fat producing and just plain horrible for you; you're now aware of how to eliminate belly fat by eating a natural, healthy trans fat.
