It's unfortunate that few people realize that you can have everything in the world but if you don't have your health you have nothing. Health is something that is quite hard to acquire because there's just so much misinformation out when it comes to improving it. We go to doctors offices only when we have symptoms and rarely if ever do a practice rituals to help us improve our overall health. My friend who is going to med school and admits that there's no prevention in the conventional medical community. I think that there's not only no prevention but there's also no practical treatment for disease. Only options doctors have available to them is prescription drugs and surgery. They are not educated at all in nutrition and have no knowledge of the benefits of organic foods. I just feel really bad because so many people are suffering because of doctors lack of education in nutrition. I feel strongly that conventional medicine isn't working. If somethings not working then you need to change it.
Unfortunately doctors keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. It's not only the doctors fault. When it comes to people's health they also keep doing the same thing and expect something different to happen. If you have a business and you have a client that's not making money than you need to change up your approach to make him money. If you said something like I have a genetic disposition which makes it difficult or impossible for me to make you money. You would be fired. It's ridiculous to think that people commonly use their genetics or their disease as a way to stop themselves from improving their health. It's easier to blame your genetics then to do the work necessary to improve your health.
Another problem with the conventional medical system is that they label people with diagnosis's. The problem with this is that people self identify with the diagnosis and run to it for closure. People get a false sense of security as they are able to blame their disease for their health problems. It's harder to take responsibility for yourself and change your diet. It's very easy and culturally accepted sadly to blame your health problems on your disease. If we stop diagnosing so many people with diseases and started getting them on organic foods would see such a rapid decline in overall disease and great improvements in people's quality of life.
Many people are unaware of the atrocious conditions that the animals that they eat live in. They are unaware of the damaging effects of the degradation of the animals food supply. Animals on conventional farms eat foods that contains huge amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These polyunsaturated fatty acids greatly slow down the animals metabolism but because the animal is killed before generative diseases show up. The farmers don't really care. The problem with this though is that you're eating sick animals and if you eat sick animals then you're going to get sick yourself. People rarely take into consideration where there foods that they eat come from. Where your foods come from plays a big role in your health.
If our food is coming from places outside of North America then there's a greater chance of higher amounts of pesticides, fungicides and other chemicals being used because of lack of laws in that area. When it comes to food there's a huge amount of money to be made. Businesses involved in the food industry are going to do everything they can to save money in order to make more money. They do not have a vested interest in your health because there's no money in it.
When it comes to your health you need to think for yourself because doctors are too brainwashed by their education system to know anything about nutrition or light therapy. Most doctors eat some of the most unhealthy foods and do not live up to the principles that they preach. Many doctors talk about exercise but rarely do they even participate in any exercise. The conventional medical community is not set up as an establishment to bring people to a better level of health. It's just set up to keep people alive. We need more doctors educated on the benefits of organic foods and the utilization of temperature and pulse to check thyroid function.
We have so many doctors looking so heavily at TSH to determine thyroid function. The problem with TSH is that everyone has a different interpretation of what acceptable ranges are. The other problem with TSH is that doctors believe that it should be as high as possible but the truth is TSH should be as low as possible. The higher your TSH the higher estrogen levels you have. The more estrogen you have the lower your thyroid function. A better way to judge thyroid function would be temperature and pulse. You want have a temperature of at least 98°F and a pulse range of around 70 to 85 bpm.
Temperature and pulse give you way more information and a better understanding of where you are in terms of reaching better health. Doctors have so many lab tests but because their ranges that they interpret when it comes to health are so skewed your honestly better off ignoring them. If you want to look a lab test make sure you research better ranges when it comes to results from them.
A lot of people are addicted to eating out at restaurants because they taste so good. The thing they don't realize is that organic food also taste really good. I find grass fed meats to taste so much better than conventional meats. I also find organic fruits, raw honey and organic vegetables to be delicious.
Organic foods are much higher in nutrient value and don't contain pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. All these chemicals greatly damage your thyroid function and many other elements to your health.
In conclusion, you can have everything in your life but if you have your health you have nothing. This being the case make sure you do everything you can to improve your health because if you have your health then everything else will work out. If you don't have your health then everything will fall apart before your very eyes.
