Enjoy a green smoothie every day and increase your metabolism!
The green smoothie gives a huge contribution of chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants, which in turn can have major effects on your health! A liter of green smoothie a day also reduces cravings for processed, unnatural and unhealthy food - try it and be amazed by your results.
After drinking these drinks for 10 weeks and I can see what a transformation it has had on me, I’m have a much slimmer and firm body (my fat burning have increased so much thanks to these drinks), my complexion is amazing and several wrinkles have disappeared, my hair have hardly any gray strands left, and my energy is at an all-time high.
I’ve been drinking 1 liter of green smoothie every day as a snack and sometimes breakfast or lunch. I’ve eaten regular meals (GI and LCHF, and sugary stuff on Saturday binge day) during this period. It is as if the body is cleaning itself of harmless toxins such as stored fat in the wrong places, because just seems to melt away.
I have read several books on the profits with green leafy vegetables and it is very interesting. Did you know that the green “weed” bit on top of the carrot (the one that we throw away) contains 7 times more nutrition than the carrot?

Chlorophyll (found in leafy vegetables) has, since ancient times served as a miraculous doctor. Chlorophyll carries significant amounts of oxygen, and this plays a major role in our intestinal flora, it combats oxygen, bad bacteria and promotes the bad. A large number of scientific research shows that there is hardly any illness that can’t be helped by chlorophyll and it increases the health of our body in many ways.
How do you do it?
We need to properly mix these leafy greens for the body to absorb all the nutrients. Green leaves contain more valuable nutrients than any other food on the planet, but all these nutrients are wrapped up in the cells of the plants. To release all the essential nutrients from the cells, they must be crushed. It is also difficult for a human to eat a large amount of leaves and therefore it is a good idea to mix them.
Simply mix green leafy vegetables, the green tops on the carrots, kale, spinach, the green leafs on top of your beetroots etc. It does not taste as good on its own so you need to mix it with green fruit such as apples and pears and then it will be very tasty and more filling.
Here is a list of leafy vegetables that you can use in your smoothies:
Baby spinach, frozen spinach, arugula, lettuce, endive, kale, chard,
The green tops from radishes, carrots and beets
Weeds such as nettles, clover, dandelion greens
All fresh green herbs such as spinach, basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, chervil, chives, rosemary and dill
All brassicas such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, savoy cabbage, cabbage, cauliflower
Other vegetables: sweet peas, frozen peas, haricot verts, asparagus, green peppers, leeks, green squash, avocado, sprouts, cucumber and celery
Mix green vegetables with these fruits and berries:
Kiwi, mango, banana, pineapple, melon, orange, all kinds of berries, lime, lemon
You can add the cinnamon, ginger, garlic, almonds and ice if you want.
There is a million and one variations and recipes, have fun experimenting.
You will need a high speed (1000 watts or more) food processor or a high speed (1000 watts or more) blender to make your smoothies.

Important Considerations: Vary your green leaves. Do not do all your smoothies on one type of leaf but try different kinds.
This is amazing!!! Nature's food. Cheap and healthy and transforming. Even add wheat or barley grass if you have the guts!!!
