Why do people think that acne can be stopped by buying expensive creams and facial masks? What if the problem actually lies in our nutrition, or say, lack of the right nutrition? We all know that acne can break during stressful periods of life, women’s period, depression, etc. But what if someone always has it? Let me tell you one thing, acne can be stopped! And one of the most effective ways of getting rid of that problem is healthy juice drinking.

Norman Walker is an American naturopath who has written several books on the benefits of drinking fresh homemade juices. He has long experimented on himself, and eventually decided to completely abandon the traditional food and go solely on juices, nuts, fruits and vegetables.

Official medicine is likely to consider him a madman, but here's an interesting fact - eating only raw food and continual cleansing, Norman Walker lived to be 99 years old, and until his last day, was physically and mentally healthy, and died in his sleep. Doctors, who condemned him in life,  have not lived till his last years, therefore could  not appreciate his success.

Walker believed that cooked and processed foods are not able to restore the body's cells. Moreover, if we constantly eat boiled and fried, it inevitably leads to aging bodies, because cooked food destroyed the life-giving enzymes. But the raw vegetables and fruits contain everything you need to supply the body's cells, especially if you eat them in a liquid state - in the form of juices. Solid food should be digested for several hours before its nutrients reach the cells. Juice is digested and absorbed just 10-15 minutes.

Readers are advised to conduct clean Walker Course at least twice a year for 6 sessions. He "cleaned" regularly. In his book "Raw vegetable juices" (published 1972) Doctor wrote: “I'm not ashamed to tell people how old I am. I am a man without age.” The healthiest juice for skin is made of a freshly squeezed mixture of spinach and carrots.

All in all, this method may sound a bit weird and extreme at first, but trust me, juices for skin really works. And I’m not saying that you can only have juices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But if you eventually try to bring fresh juices into your everyday diet, you will not only see skin improvements, but also positive changes in your life (positive attitude, lots of energy). I’m telling you, give it a try! Instead of drinking coffee or tea for breakfast, try starting you day with a glass of freshly squeezed juice, and feel the difference in no time. Juicing for skin can really change your life.
