Paleo Diet Recipe Book Can Help You Reach Your Weight Loss Goal

The Diet Confusion

Everywhere we turn, we are told something different regarding what we should eat, how much we should eat and when we should eat it. For example, one diet program says to eat whole wheat, while the other diet program says no carbs; another diet says cut sugar, while the next diet program encourages sugary meal replacement bars. Weeding through all of these mix messages about what is healthy and what's not can be quite confusing and frustrating, don't you agree?

Paleo Diet

Well, I would like to share something different with you; it's called the paleo diet. Although it may be new to you, it goes back at least 2.5 million years, dating to our paleolithic ancestors. This was a time before agriculture and the mass production of sugar laden, highly processed foods. Back to a time when all people ate was the foods that mother nature provided like fish, poultry, game meat, nuts, wild fruit and vegetables. This is the diet that we were evolved to eat many years ago; following it will keep us healthy and fit through all the stages of our lives without any diet pills, portion controls, calorie counting or meal replacement bars or shakes.

The diet for human consumption is really simple, if you can't hunt it or pick it you don't need it. This is so basic but in our modern society full of pre-packaged convenient foods this may seem a bit strange. However, what is really strange is that the foods we are eating are toxic and essentially killing us prematurely. Our modern, "convenient foods" are causing diseases like autoimmune diseases, heart disease, cancer and more. The paleo diet recipe book can help you get on tract with basic, good old fashion eating that is sure to keep your whole body healthy and your taste buds stimulated.

Paleo Diet Recipe Book

Okay, so just simply knowing that we need to change our eating habits, doesn't really result in us taking the necessary actions to change. We need to be re-educated on what is healthy, and we need guidance and tools to implement our new knowledge. The paleo diet recipe book provides us with the education, guidance and tools we need to implement a new way of eating into our lives so that we can be healthy and thrive. This recipe book includes:

  • A food list, so all the guess work and confusion is removed
  • Meal plan which includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner for 8 whole weeks
  • A meat done-ness guide so that you will never under or over cook your meat or puotry again
  • Over 400 recipes so that you will never be bored with healthy eating again
  • and even a paleo dessert recipe book so can indulge without guilt

Benefits of Following the Paleo Deit Recipe Book

Because the recipes in this book only include ingredients that support positive gene expression, all of your body's functions and systems are supported in operating optimally. As a result, there are countless benefits to the entire body including, but not limited to the following:

  • Fat Loss
  • Muscle Gain
  • Stronger Immune System
  • Increased Energy
  • Deeper Sleep
  • Increased Mental Focus
  • Clearer, Smoother Skin

There you have it. The paleo diet is the diet that humans were programmed to eat since over 2.5 million years ago. So, eating more of the foods that nature provides and less modern, highly processed foods will do your body some good. Until next time, eat well.
