From the beginning of time there were always an abundant of raw foods, fruits and vegetables. This is what early man and any other life form survived on. I can’t say when exactly and I’m not sure if it is documented anywhere when food was first cooked, I guess it’s a matter of ones beliefs and opinion. If you believe in evolution you might say back in the prehistoric days when cavemen discovered fire they started to cook their meat. If you believe in Christianity you may say sometime after the big flood. Fact is at some time in history all animals including man ate all raw foods and drank natural water from springs and rivers. In those days there were no cancers and diabetes and heart diseases and prostrate problems and stuff.

Scientists have confirmed that one year from this very moment, practically every cell in our body will have been replaced with a new cell. But just like a building or machine being reconstructed or upgraded, it will only be as strong as the materials used in the rebuilding process. It is similar with the human body. If this principle of our bodies replacing cells over a period of time has any merit, (and I honestly think it has) then it is absolutely important that we give the body the best possible material to work with when replacing cells. Which are Raw Fruits and Vegetables The Original diet for all animals (including man). The foods we eat the liquids we drink, the air we breathe and the exercise we do. These are the essentials we need to rebuild, strengthen and maintain a healthy body. And while we are rebuilding throw in less or no stress at all. Dr. Mary Ruth Swope wrote in her book “Green Leaves of Barley” that the one thing scientists in the world would agree on is that life begins, maintained and ends at the cellular level. That means that we need to nourish and keep the cells strong and healthy through nutrition so our immune system would be strong enough to resist the various diseases and illnesses that we are exposed to in our global society today. Healthy cells means a healthy body, weak unhealthy cells translate to a weak unhealthy body.

This body of ours is self-healing, but only when it is working well. Raw Fruits and Vegetables The Original diet for all humans (including man) is a sure fire way to obtaining that result. Just as a cut on a finger quickly heals itself, so too should the cancers, diabetes and heart ailments we walk around with. Being healthy is not rocket science. Age old habits and customs handed down by our parents and their parents and their parents parents and so on, those which we copy from society and life’s ever changing road to destruction. The lack of information and the unwillingness to find such information are some of the main reasons why we are such a sick and diseased world. Every disease and illness that attacks our body except for accidents is mainly caused by the things which we put into our system. If our immune system is functioning and firing on all cylinders it would ward off all diseases and illnesses that attack us, and repair any malfunctioning organs or diseased parts within the body.

In Raw foods there are all the raw materials needed to sustain life for all animals on earth. If we look at the animal kingdom with the exception of man, every other animal feeds on raw food. And if we look closer, except where contaminated by man there is no sickness. When we cook our food we destroy its nutritional value.

I can speak from personal experience. In June of 2011 I lived for five weeks strictly on fruits and freshly juiced vegetables. I drank a minimum of five glasses of juiced vegetables a day and in between I would have some combination of bananas, apples, grapes, papaya or oranges and melons which would always be eaten by itself. I weighed 190lbs before and after the five weeks I had lost a total of 47lbs. So this diet can also be used as a weight loss method.

Think about this, scientists takes natural seeds and herbs, analyze the nutrients, add some artificial stuff, turn them into pills, powers and liquids and sells them to us as vitamins, minerals or proteins supplements. Then tells us we need to take these to be properly nourished. Very confusing I think.
