Here there are some recipes to use the top five super foods.
Linseed
• Hot Drink=Soak three tablespoons of linseed overnight in a pan with 500 ml of filtered water with a bunch of celery leaves or some celery chunks. In the morning, cook it for 10 minutes then filter and drink. It’s an excellent bowel cleaner in the morning.
• Cold drink= Roast few tablespoons of linseed into a hot pan for few minutes then add filtered water and leave them to soak for half an hour. Filter them; add some squeezed lemon juice and some honey.
• Salad= Wash and trim some lettuce and rocket salad. A generous spoon of pine nuts and walnuts. Peel a ripped avocado and cut it into big chunks. Mix everything in a salad bowl and season it with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Sprinkle on top two tablespoons of linseed. If you like blue cheese, you can also add it to this salad.
Aloe Vera
• For sun burned skin mix 2 parts of oil you can use almond oil or any oil used in aromatherapy. Cut the skin and chop fresh Aloe Vera into the unguent and apply to skin.
• Salad=Trim ¼ red cabbage, a cucumber and e piece of Aloe Vera in tiny slices. Put them in a salad bowl and add a handful of walnuts and sultanas. Seasoned with olive oil, half teaspoon of mustard.
Noni
• You can do different juices mixing a piece of noni with the following fruits: pineapple it’s the best choice than you can mix it also with strawberries, grapes and papaya. You only need a small quantity as it becomes very thick.
• You can also mix a teaspoon of noni and one of borojo add some yogurt and honey and it’s ready to go.
Borojo
• Borojo can be added to any fresh juices. In a blender add half avocado, a tablespoon of borojo and some sugar. Add 500 ml of milk and blend it. It’s an excellent way how to start the morning. It gives you an excellent boost.
• Refreshing lemonade made with three teaspoon of borojo, honey, half squeezed lemon, vanilla essence, water and ice. Blend it and serve chilled.
Alfalfa
• For the hair treatment, in a juice extractor put 2 big carrots and half lettuce then put the juice in a blender with 1 cup of alfalfa leaves add some water. Blend it and strain it. Taken daily can help in the growth of hair and prevent the loss.
• Salad= mix in a salad bowl alfalfa leaves, goat cheese, lettuce, red onion chopped. Season with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
• This juice is a powerful skin cleanser: 1 cup of alfalfa leaves, 1 cup of soya sprouts, 1 piece of pineapple, the juice of two lemons, brown sugar and of course water. Blend it and strain it.

Aaahhh... this has answered my question from your other article! I was wondering how to get this stuff down! ;-) I like putting linseed meal in cooking when making things like friands that call for almond meal.
I used to drink Noni juice until it became too expensive. I look forward to your food articles
