Trace minerals especially selenium, chromium and zinc. Vitamin a 10,000-20,000 units daily. Vitamin D 500 units. Intake depends on sun exposure. The more sun you get the less Vitamin D you need. And, Vitamin E 400 units, daily.

Panathenaic Acid or Vitamin B5 is found in honey bee's "Royal Jelly". It is destroyed by alcohol, heat and baking soda. It is necessary for healthy skin and hair. It helps the nervous system and relieves stress. Read my article on Vitamin B5. A deficiency may cause dry skin and wrinkles, severe eczema, premature gray hair and baldness, anemia and hypoglycemia.
Potassium works inside the cells along with sodium outside the cells. It is destroyed by alcohol, caffeine, sugar, diuretics and overcooking. It is helpful in sending oxygen to the brain. It helps to dispose of body wastes. It assists in reducing blood pressure and helps in allergy treatment. A deficiency in Potassium may cause edema or hypoglycemia. Natural sources of potassium is citrus fruits, watercress, green leafy vegetables, mint leaves, sunflower seeds, bananas, potatoes and whole grains. You can get potassium in a good multivitamin and mineral combination. Potassium can become toxic so talk your doctor.
Sodium is good for heat prostration
Copper and Vitamin B5 helps in pigmentation factor of hair and skin or premature gray hair.
Phosphorus is present in every cell. It's function is to keep bone and tooth normal structure. It helps to regulate the heart. It keeps the kidneys functioning properly. It transfers nerve impulses, and aids in metabolism of fats and starches. A deficiency may cause Pyorrhea and rickets. Natural sources are fish, poultry, meat, whole grains, eggs, nuts and seeds. Supplements include bone meal with vitamin D added to help with assimilation.
