Fat Loss Without Dieting

The concept fat loss without dieting is one that is of great interest to persons who have a poundage problem and have never had success dieting. All diets claim to have the miracle diet or avenue to losing weight only if you follow religiously their formula. And when the diet doesn’t result in the dieter losing weight, it is not the fault of the diet formula but the fault of the person using it. In other words, the only reason it didn’t work is that the person trying the diet did not follow it. Many cases similar to this situation are never followed up due to the aggravation and time involved to do so. My contention is that even if there would be a diet that would work for someone, it most likely would not work for all.

Now losing weight is a very important aspect for all persons who would like to enjoy their life with good health. Many things that are possible when your body frame is carrying the weight recommended for it cannot be done or enjoyed when you are overweight or obese. The ranges of activities are many and most obese persons can only eat, sleep, and sit. These three activities are so lazy or inactive that persons’ in this situation have to be just waiting to die and/or get fatter and unhealthier. Loved ones of those obese find this to be very disheartening.

If one can take advantage of fat loss without dieting, the sports that one loved in their lean years can again be enjoyed? Maybe they cannot participate as expertly as previously but just being active can improve the mental state as well as the physical state. Sports can be an improved part of an obese person’s outlook on life. I’ve seen in some news casts the sad plight of someone so grossly obese that they can’t get out of bed. To be able to lose Fat without dieting would possibly give hope, maybe not to someone in this bad state, but to those I most often see at eat all you can buffets.

How often is it that I and most all who read this article see overweight children with severely overweight parents or grandparents? Again, this is what I observe at most all you can eat buffets. These children seem to have little chance at staying at their healthy weight since they only have a very bad example raising them. The ones they love are OK with their situation, how can this be bad since their parents are obese? Maybe they can be shown that excess fat is bad for them through their education or schooling. Hopefully so!

Most all persons that I’ve known who are severely overweight have problems with their back, knee, ankle, etc. due to these joints not being able to carry the excess weight. Or they fall down frequently due to them being unstable. This results in them having to undergo corrective surgery or worse. This is a terrible price to pay for obesity!

I’m very sad for the person who tries dieting over and over again just to be faced with losing some weight, mostly water loss, and then they shortly regain the weight they just lost. How discouraging this must be! That is why I have found the concept of fat loss without dieting to be such a blessing. The good health gain is better than ever when you can lose fat and eat what you like in moderation. When a fat loss common sense concept like losing fat without dieting was discovered to be very successful, I am and was very happy for those who benefit from it.
