Fat, Sick, And Almost Dead

Hello all you bloggers, how was everyone's weekend? Today, I'm going to talk to you, about obesity. Your wondering to yourself, " man I know about obestity". Do you really know it? Well, I'm going talk to you, about what happens, to your body, when you don't take care of yourself.

Doctors, have been studying obesity very closely since 1985. In 1985, the rate of people who were obese, per the statistics, were 14%. As the years rolled on by, the rate of people being over-weight, kept going up and up and up and up and up.

By 2011, the rate (at 37.4%) was so high, we were know has the fattest nation in the world. Louisiana, was voted the number one of the fatest state. Obesity is in equal in Men, and Women. Unfortunately it's even seen in our children. People who, can't control the weight problems, may be in danger. They could have a heart attack? They could, suffer from diabetes? They Could lose a foot, or even worse, an eye.

Eating at fast food, isn't a good thing at all. You need to start taking care of your body. The more you eat junk food or fast food, your body, will break down, and you could never repair it.

Your body needs, to eat more healthy foods, to maintain, a healthy functioning environment. How many people drink diet soda? I don't. Why you ask? Well, just because it says the word diet on it, doesnt mean, it's going to make you lose weight.

No... If you place your finger over the letter t, at the end of the word diet, you get three letters. D.I. E. That's what happens, when you drink diet soda. To many things, that are in it, that people don't know about, but some doctors do.

If your routine consist, of eating at fast foods, then you might want to check with your doctors, before you chow down on a hamburger, that's not really organic. I know, we need meat, cheese, breads, and everything on the food chain, but to much of that stuff, could lead to some bad health.

If you feel tired, or out of breath, then I know what's wrong with you? Your body is telling, that it's not getting enough oxygen flowing to your body.

Well, to stop those things from happing, you need to start listing to your body, if not, then your heading for an early grave. Nobody wants that. So, from now on, listen to your body, and knows what it wants. And it's saying, " no more fat foods please".

So, staring now, take care of your body, and exercise 30 minutes a day. Exercise is good for the body. It will help strengthen your bones, and help with your immune system too. Say goodbye to those fast foods, and say hello to a brand new, and healthy day.
