JEE Main 2014 Application Form process begun on 15 November 2013 and ended on 6 January 2014. All the engineering aspirants of the country who wanted to get admission into first year professional degree courses for session 2014 filled the form. This year onwards, the process of application form was made completely online, shunning the offline or physical mode of application form.
Knowingly or unknowingly, if any candidate made any mistake in filling the application form, he/she can make corrections now on the official website of JEE. The link to make corrections in the application form is now available from 1 February 2014 to 15 February 2014. All the candidates who committed mistake can now make necessary amendments so as to ensure that their application form is correct.
Wrongly filled or unfilled application forms are bound to be rejected thus it is an opportunity where candidates can make sure that their application is duly accepted and registered for the exam. The service to make changes in the application form is not completely free as there are some changes which are charged by CBSE. Candidates can login into their accounts using application number/user ID and password to make the corrections. Use the same details to login into account as created during the filling of application form.

Important Points Regarding Correction
- In the application form, candidates are facilitated to make corrections in all parameters.
- While some changes are free, some will require payment of additional fee per change.
- If the candidate is appearing in class XII exam in 2014, it is required to fill class XII exam board roll number.
- If the candidate is appearing for improvement exam in 2014, it is necessary that details of the exam are mentioned.
- The changes which do not require payment of fees shall be made immediately.
- Changes in the application form will be made sometime later if they are chargeable.
- Candidates are suggested to keep a close eye on the changes made and updated.
- Without payment of fees, chargeable changes would not be made in any case.
- The JEE Main 2014 fees can be paid thru Credit/Debit Card or e-Challan of Syndicate/Canara Bank.
- Candidates can download the e-challan of the aforementioned banks from the official website itself.
- Since it’s a last chance to make corrections in the form, candidates are advised to remain extremely cautious while making changes.
- JEE Main 2014 Application correction is necessary to be done otherwise the form is liable to rejection.
