Hey guys, Bryan here. I link below to my site where I really delve into Survey Scout - both the good and the bad - but I thought I would give a good general synopsis of Survey Scout for my readers here on Street Articles.
Why am I doing this research? There are also a lot of competing opinions about this particular site. I couldn’t find the right answer myself! So, after digging in and reviewing the product myself and comparing it to what I already know about the paid opinion survey industry, I wanted to set the record straight on Survey Scout – is this directory of consumer surveys legit or a scam?
Survey Scout Review’s Opinion on Survey Scout CONS: • It is frustrating at times when you think you'll be able to take a survey, but then as you start your responses, you become disqualified based on a preliminary answer. • You have to pay to get full access to the direct company database, (but there is a 100% satisfaction guaranteed, 60 day return policy). This business model IS legitimate, however - see my earlier post on this specific topic. • Most of the surveys offered directly from Survey Scout don't offer a ton of money - anywhere as low as $.50 up to $100 per survey. You won't be able to quit your day job (please don’t!), but realize this is the way it is across ALL paid online survey sites.
Ok…so, what about the good stuff?
Survey Scout Review’s Opinion of Survey Scout PROS: • New user interface - extremely easy to use and navigate • 60 day return policy, guaranteed! • Ability to take surveys and get paid, participate in focus groups, conduct phone surveys, and also test out new products • Ability to get involved in one of the coolest ways to make some side cash - mystery shopping! • Access to over 400 direct companies for surveys in their Members Only company database! • This company database is the most important part of any pay-for-participating paid opinion survey site, and theirs is the most thorough and easy-to-use that I’ve seen • Low negative feedback, low return rate (which means people are digging it!)
Opinion It seems these days that you can't really find online survey taking directory sites that are willing to just give you the best paying online surveys without some commitment from you. This kind of stinks, but then again, nothing in life really is free, is it? Remember that you have to be willing to spend a little up-front in order to make more money on the back-end.
If you are willing to spend some time getting to know the system, filling out all of your profiles, and finding the right consumer surveys, then Survey Scout is for you. Check out my all-inclusive review at SurveyScoutReview.org by clicking here.
