There are different factors that are involved in the process of coping with stress; current mood, stress levels, self confidence and appreciation, previous experiences in life and availability of basic resources. The worse ones mood becomes, the more he will be stressful. So as with having the worse experiences and fewer resources will result to a more stressful mood.
