3 Meat Pizza Casserole

Pizza. The best word created in the history of food, a fluffy crust with creamy melted cheese. It's the best meal for the nights when you can't figure out what's for dinner. This casserole is a less greasy way to enjoy a new take on classic food that keeps the same . A casserole is not as bad as it sounds, it's not some gross mystery meat dish that you were forced to eat when you were a kid cause you parents think it's good for you.

My family member found this recipe posted by a friend on her's face book page, After making this recipe with my little sister I just had to tell people how good it tasted.

Frist cook the ham the day before so its ready for the casserole.

Set oven at 375 before starting.

1 larger pan 9x13x13 size

1 lb bow tie pasta

1 lb pork sausage cropped up

1 lb cooked ham chopped up into cubes

1 larger onion (optional- peppers, mushrooms or other

2 jars of spaghetti sauce

2 packages of pepperoni

3 bags of shredded mozzarella cheese

6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 Cook pasta in boiling water until cooked

2 Cook sausage with garlic powder and oregano along with onions until all juices run clear. set aside

3 In a lightly greased pan pour a small amount of sausage just to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

4 layer the ingredients in the oder shown below

5 1/3 of the pasta, 1/3 of the sauce 1 bag of mozzerella cheese, 2 tablespoon of parmesan cheese and the sausage with onions.

Next layer use 1/2 of the rest of the pasta, 1/2 of the remaining sausage, 1 bag of mozzerella cheese, 2 tablespoon of parmesan cheese and the cooked ham.

The last layer of the casserole use the rest of the pasta and the sauce as well as the parmesan cheese. Now lay the pepperoni covering the whole casserole dish.

When finished preparing the dish, slide pan into the oven for 45 minutes. when done let stand for 5 minutes the dish will feed 4 to 6 people. You can also add other foods like mushrooms, green peppers pineapples to add to the casserole between the layers.

If your family is a pizza loving family like mine, make double the ingredients and make 2 batches one in a smaller dish, you can also use other meat if ham and sausage are not to taste like adding bacon or fried baloney or one of my favorite pulled pork.

Thank you for looking up my post and reading.
