You do not need a doctor. Your body has the capacity to heal itself. When you have a bruise do you rush to the doctor? When I was young I used to hurt myself frequently but never saw the doctor. I just let it be and the wound healed itself. However, as we grow older, our bodies become more acidic and we lose this capacity. So how can we regain this capacity? The answer is to make it alkaline again - just as we were when we were children. But how are we going to make it alkaline again?
So how does our body become acidic?
Our bodies become acidic from the foods that we eat, the drinks that we consume and the environment as a result of industrialisation and radiation. Radiation comes mainly from our handphones, laptops and computers. Though they are minute, they have cumulative effects and show their faces after several years mostly when we are in our twilight years and longing to have the last vestiges of joy.
It may come as a surprise to you but acidity also comes from feelings of anger, loneliness, depression, hatred and unforgiveness. No. I am not trying to preach. Scientists have proven all this. Thoughts and feelings are actual things that create changes in our bodies. So if you say that you watch your diet very carefully and so you are alkaline you are largely wrong because there are bound to be negative emotions inside of us that will also wreck havoc to our bodies and make us acidic. Acidity is the root of all sickness.
To avoid illness, we need to make our bodies alkaline again just as we were when we were children. It is for this reason that we need good water like kangan water to wash away the acidity. Once the pH drops to below 7, your body becomes acidic and sickness sets in. So coming back to the crux of the matter, what is all this discussion about acidity, alkilinity and negative emotions?
It is important to have good drinking water and to drink whether we are thirsty or not.
The World Health Organisation has declared that nearly a billion people do not have access to safe drinking water. Climate change has also changed the quality of water that we receive directly from our taps. What is worse in most countries chlorine is added to water. So to have a better quality of life we cannot depend on water from our taps anymore. We need to install a water machine that can produce good quality water.
It is a choice that we have to make - whether we want to live out our lives in our comfort zone and not see the full potential of our lives or are we willing to change our water and change our life.
Nice article. I enjoyed reading it, and agree, wouldn't it be nice if we could go back to those young years, when we didn't really worry about anything, not even bruises.
