Many people tend to focus on putting up a website to earn income from the internet. They seem to think that as long as they have a website they are going to make big bucks. And when they do not earn a dime they become disillusioned. Some people are lucky enough to have a mentor who will put them on the road to success. The crux of the matter is that you need a good keyword. And what is a good keyword? It is the name of your article or website that has enough demand for your product that will actually earn you, the internet marketer the income that you desire. So should this not take precedence over everything else?
The problem is that free keyword tools give us a barrage of information which new comers have difficulty digesting and analysing. Other keyword tools are out of date. It is pointless showing us graphs and other metrics. The internet has evolved but not the other keyword tools. For example, we have to gauge for ourselves if the keyword is a good one or not. With the advancement of the internet and new inventions, new keyword tools have made their appearance. Because of the amount of effort put in by these technologists, there is a need to subscribe to it and pay a monthly fee. This is fair because they have put in all the hard work so that it will be easier for us.
However, many people are not willing to pay for it and still cling on to free keyword tools that have actually not brought them much benefit. This is a tough decision to make but if there is a keyword that could actually tell you if the keyword is not good, bad or excellent, would you run for it?
A free keyword tool may give you some kind of idea if you are experienced but it will certainly be hard if you are new because having a demand alone for your product is not sufficient. You also need to know if there are too many competitors. If there are too many competitors a new face is not likely to penetrate the market. You also need information regarding search engine optimisation and the amount of estimated traffic that you could get based on your keyword. The SEO is shown on a scale of one to a hundred and the higher the better. It also shows the Quoted Search Result or QSR and this should be below four hundred. No more guessing.
When you type into the search area, there are a whole lot of keywords and related keywords. Some light up as red. These are futile keywords. So just forget about them. Then there are others that light up as yellow. These are possible but tough. Then there are others that light up as green. These are excellent.
Three most important columns are the monthly searches which is traffic, QSR which is the exact number of competitors and KQI which is the keyword quality indicator that is indicated by the red, yellow and green lights. If you could not understand the other metrics, the different colour lights would definitely be easy for you.
So before you do anything in internet marketing make sure that you have a good keyword tool first because a good keyword unlocks the door to your treasures.
