Be Your Own Personal Trainer

It is much easier than most folks think to be your own personal trainer. With just a little bit of information, you can craft a daily workout, a weekly exercise routine & schedule that will meet the goals & desires you have for your future fitness objectives, based on your current fitness condition. And better still, healthYvolve will show you the basics to get you up & "running" fast while you dig deeper to come up with a long term plan to meet those long term goals.

1st: You'll want to honestly assess your current fitness level. Do you have a physically active job? Are you seated in front of a computer monitor 40 hours a week? Do you walk several evenings a week? Is the walk to your car the longest distance you cover all month? While a precise quantification is not necessary, a general & honest assessment is crucial. Basically, we need to determine if you are ready to jump right into heavy lifting, or need to build yourself up a bit. The fastest way to stop pursuing your goals is to not enjoy it because it's uncomfortable.

2nd: Determining your general goal is critical to determining how you will be crafting your routine. Are you trying to Bulk up? Slim down? Increase cardiopulmonary function? Train for a marathon? A guy trying to be the strongest BMOC? A gal trying to lose weight with PCOS? Reduce the risk of chronic illnesses &/or metabolic disorders? Are you just simply trying to attain a better level of overall wellness & good spirit? This can be the most important determination.

3rd: What are your physical resources/tools? Are you planning on using the equipment in your local gym? Lifting logs? Are you using free-weights in your home gym? Doing Calisthenics? Yoga? Power-Lifting? All of these, and much more, can be used to obtain your goals; & healthYvolve has a plan for you to do it.

1st things 1st, let's get a plan underway to just get the body in motion. Let healthYvolve Re-Evolve Your Health. Get back that youthful energy, that glow, that positive outlook that comes with feeling good about your body, outside and in. It really doesn't take much to get started, & it takes even less to keep going when you actually feel results.
