Are you ready for the most "insane" workout of your life? I am writing today to give you my Insanity results and to tell you that this is a great home workout program designed to give you results. Typically, I am not a person who buys programs through infomercials, however, after reading several reviews and reseaching comparable products, I decided to give the Insanity Workout a whirl.
You can feel the intensity right from the start. I am a former personal trainer but I quickly discovered I wasn't as strong as I thought I was in certain areas. Be prepared to sweat even in the warm-up phase. There's a ton of jumping so make sure you invest in a good pair of sneakers and a good exercise mat. I suggest that you watch the dvd all the way through before implementing so you have a good idea of what's expected.
You'll be excited from the moment you receive the package. It's beautifully designed and you can tell that there's been good thought, experience, and energy put into this program. The music is great and it will really keep you moving and to help you get the best Insanity results. This is by far the best infomercial product I've seen. You're not getting a cheesy program but rather an intense training program that doesn't require the use of weights and expensive equipment.
There are a fair amaount of breaks in the action. You may also want to do some variations if you have a hard time completing some of the movements. Pace yourself and take things in stride. You will be amazed at how quickly your body responds. This is one of the best exercises to help define and shape your mid section. Word of caution, this program is not the best for people with bad joints. The warning is on the program but you may need to be advised of this before making a purchase.
Here are some recommendations to consider before starting your Insanity workout schedule to get the best Insanity results:
- Keep hydrated all day long and keep a water bottle near by.
- Get a towel, you'll be sweating up a storm
- You will struggle throughout the exercise. Keep positive and pace yourself.
- Understand that you will hurt after the workout. You will work muscles you never thought you had. It will get better with time.
- You may not be as strong as you thought you were, so let that motivate you to succeed.
This is a great workout for all fitness levels. You'll find out real quick where you are. This insanity workout review was created after 6 weeks of dedicated training. It is truly a great routine and I would suggest it for women and men alike.
