Personal Training And Online Personal Training?

As a personal trainer and an online personal trainer, I get the question asked me to all the time on what my clients prefer more of.I've never been 1 to negotiate and try to sell things, I prefer helping people and seeing them being happy within themselves and letting them come to me for help. I think the major difference between then 2, is that in personal training a client feels they need a professional by there side all the time and feel that they cant really train without a professional even when there advanced clients after a year or 2 training with me. I can relate to that as I really prefer to train with someone myself rather then on my own but sometimes I have no choice but to train on my own which I have adapted to quite well.

For my clients online they look for more for me to have there sessions put into programs for them to follow at there gyms, also personal training online comes at a cheaper rate which can play a significant role in deciding to have a personal trainer or a personal trainer online. I also get asked the question on how my online clients get the same motivation as 1 on 1 clients do. It's a good question but I do make sure that I keep them motivated with regular contact with how there sessions went and how they went with there technique, I also keep up to date with there progress.

I think everyone has there own opinion on what they prefer doing in the gym, if it's following a program, if it's having a personal trainer, it could be even training with a friend who's fairly advanced in what there doing. I am a big believer in enjoying your training, it's like anything, if your not going to enjoy what you do then it wont last, there is a heap of variety in training that you can do, it's a bit of trial and error with things but once you find what you enjoy then training doesn't have to feel like such a bore and nuisance.

The fitness industry is really interesting, I have been a Personal trainer for 4 years now and can tell you that I'm always learning, whether its it's a different variation of exercises or even the different personalities I get into my gym and adapting to them. Overall it can be a great challenge but overall to see someone gaining results and from initially meeting them to someone in a depressed state to seeing them glow is something that motivates me and gives me so much joy.
