My Favorite Cuddly Toy

Having your own personal best friend is one of the most sought out achievements in the world, especially when it comes to owning your own dog. Over the past couple of years, toy dogs have become increasingly popular thanks to not only their comfortable nature but also because they can prove to be our own cuddly toy. One of the most sought after types of toy dogs is the Pekingese dog.

Pekingese dogs were originally from China and then they were brought to England during the 19th century. Compared to the other toy dog breeds in the world, Pekingese are astoundingly laid back and they lack the hyperactivity and the feisty nature of other dogs. They are both intelligent and an independent breed which is what helps them to achieve their own human-oriented nature and they have proven to be one of the most compassionate breeds of toy dogs.

One of the most imperative factors to owning a Pekingese is that they are properly socialized. Without necessary socialization, Pekingese dogs may act standoffish and stubborn around new people. One of the factors that may prove to be difficult while training your own cuddly toy Pekingese dog is that considering their stubborn nature, they may not respond to many training options. The best way to train this particular breed of dog is to be assertive and to provide them with a constant stream of training sessions.

Pekingese dogs have very distinct facial features such as their wide eyes and their dark noses alongside their long and arched tail that travels up their back. Their coat is gorgeous and dense which is why it is important that they are constantly groomed and taken care of. They are equipped with a double coat and straight long hair that comes in a wide array of different colors.

Considering that the majority of the worlds are looking for their own cuddly toy, Pekingese dogs have proven to be the choice of many. Compared to the other toy dog breeds in the world, Pekingese dogs are luxurious and affectionate rather than being temperamental and “yappy”. With the implementation of proper training, proper grooming, and love they can become one of the most amazing pets that you have yet to own. As per many Pekingese owners have said, I must append that I have enjoyed every single day with my cuddly toy and I recommend this particular type of toy dog breed to anyone whether they are a veteran to owning a dog or a beginner.
