Bloody Norwegian Wood

Excellent article Radu Parachivescu of "Adevarul" (most important romanian newspapper) today. Basically, the writer maintains that over time, mankind - even the most civilized them - are accustomed to violence, with nightmare images in detriment "beauty" becomes every day slightest, even episodically. I just came to Oslo to Copenhagen. I suspect however that the differences between the Nordic countries are minimal or nonexistent. The same high degree of civilization, the same shops loaded with goods, the same streets impeccable, extremely affable same people, perhaps as many Muslims or Asians.

Norway is not involved in conflicts outside, except that it has a small contingent in Afganistat interminable engaged in "war on terror." Norway is essentially pacifist in peace so that annually awards the Nobel Peace Prize!

Yet even this country where time flows differently than most of the world, is not spared the bloodshed, the apocalyptic images of terror.

I originally thought the attack that has claimed the lives of nearly a hundred people (just a temporary balance ...) was done by Muslims harmed by several years of cartoons of Mohammed published in Norwegian media. It seems that the bloodshed that has a somewhat mirror. Alleged killer - a young 32 years - is a true-born north, the far-right political orientation, which staged the attack just because the government is Asians too permeable to invasion.

What inspired a journalist said, it's not a "WTC" but " Oklahoma City ".

About two years ago, my youngest daughter - wich is student in King's College, London - told me that he had a very intelligent fellow and balanced, born in Sweden but in turn have a great enmity to Arabs who "invaded" his country. These feelings seem to me - after I saw with my own eyes how affairs are - grounded to a point. But the point that they go from talking (mania) to kill innocent people just facts and to draw a signal (desperation) alarm is the difference between madness and normality.

Unfortunately, after West left to enter the core of whole populations that slowly but surely and have won their primitive laws, which will be integrated into civilization, I do not think it can do something.

I have the sad impression that we have seen only a "first" bloody in the evolution of the most spectacular millennial-advanced countries in the world. The rest are just statistics ...
