It is pretty amazing how Jennifer managed to achieve a size 6 figure from her previous size of 16. The singer/actress admits having tried many diet regimens in the past, but never finding one that fit her hectic lifestyle. She had tried restricting herself from eating and just doing rigorous workouts. However, the fads would backfire and she’d always end up going back to her old figure and gaining back the heavy weight. She confesses that she loved herself then but loves herself even more now. But lucky for her, after being eliminated, her career sky rocketed for lack of a better word. She released a new album AND won an Oscar for her supporting role in the hit movie DreamGirls. We’ve seen her confident with her more plump body size. However, nowadays we can see her exuding even more of that beautiful self confidence. Weight Loss:

So, if you didn’t see her on Oprah recently, Miss Hudson gives credit to the Weight Watchers Points Plus program for her new figure. She is now the new spokesperson of Weight Watchers Points Plus. Although us regular folk know very well that as a celebrity she has a LOT of help behind the scenes, her weight loss is still extremely inspiring. I mean, she lost 80 pounds! Her hard work makes us realize that losing some of our extra unwanted weight is possible through a healthy approach and a positive attitude.

So basically Weight Watchers Point Plus helped Jennifer Hudson achieve the body that she has now. She also worked out with a coach and trainer and ate in smaller portions. She was not deprived or restricted from eating the food that she loves but it was maintained in portions that are based on a value of points per day. Jennifer Hudson says that following a program that focuses on health gave her the edge, and it is through such program that she learned to make better food choices and keep track of her progress.
