First, let me say, I’m a personal trainer and I don’t believe in diets, I believe in lifestyles. So, when I purchased Strip that Fat, like everyone who buys weight loss stuff online, I couldn’t help but feel skeptical. Is this just going to be a colossal waste of money?
Absolutely, 100% Strip that Fat is not a waste of money. When I downloaded Strip that Fat, my first thought was that the author , Cara, a personal trainer, plagiarized the book in my head. The similarities in the bonus guide to the content on my own website are uncanny—the author actually recommends “cleaning house,” one of my website tips, in her bonus guide.
She emphasizes eating 5-6 small meals a day, stresses the importance of breakfast, and mentors readers on how to eat socially. She advises against making too many drastic life changes at once. Great minds think alike, I guess (winky smile). But, I never got around to writing the book. So, cheers to Cara, the personal trainer who wrote it first. Ok, and probably a tad better.
I don’t know what I was expecting when I purchased Strip that Fat. But, I was way more than pleasantly surprised when I started reading. I was ecstatic, actually. There were no hyped up promises of losing 5 lbs overnight. Everything was about small, reasonable changes. Let me get to the point.

However, if you combine exercise with the Strip that Fat guidelines, you will see double the results.
Before you consider signing up for anything else, consider if you can afford a 1 time payment of $37.00. I bet it’s all you’ll need in the “diet” aspect of the game.
