There are a few ways to burn fat fast and lose weight fast that you can do, which are also healthy and safe to do. You may have heard of people going on a stravation diet to do this, but that is not recommended. In fact, it is probably one of the worst things that you can do. Having a good metabolism, which is the rate that you burn fat is a very important thing to get to and to maintain.Not eating tells your body to make adjustments, and one of these adjustments is to slow down the metabolism. That will result in your fat burning activity actually becoming slower, so it is a very bad idea if you are trying to burn fat fast and lose weight fast.

In fact, the opposite is true, you want to speed up your metabolism so as you can burn fat faster and the best tip to do that is to, eat small amounts often. So perhaps some porridge in the morning which is a slow release energy food. Then around 10-10.30 perhaps an orange or an apple. At lunch time something like a quick salad or a yoghurt and a banana. Then when you get home have a good evening meal and don't worry too much about what that actually is. Pasta is great, quick and tasty. if you fancy something before bed time have another piece of fruit or something very light.

Another great tip to burn fat fast and lose weight fast is to walk just a little bit quicker, or climb a few stairs instead of getting lifts. You don't need to do this, but just remember anything extra that you do like this will burn off fat, and every little bit of that helps a lot. My advice is never do anything to extremes. There are two reasons for that; you will not be able to keep it up and most then give up and secondly, your body struggles to adjust to a new harsh routine, and it also starts to suffer.

So for example if you normally walk around 3-4 miles a day, try to move that up to 5-6 miles a day, or include some slopes and gradients in your walk. The extra effort this takes to get up a hill, will always pay dividends and help you burn fat fast and lose weight fast. Just remember that a set of small adjustments your body will take on easily, and each one will benefit your fat burning attempts.

Finally, it makes simple sense to avoid really fatty foods and the arch enemy which is sugar. I also know for many people this is the hardest thing to do, as all the really tasty food is full of sugar and fat. So my advice here is simple. Pick one day a week, mine is a Saturday, and allow yourselves a little treat or two. No, you don't have to measure the calories, just pick a nice cake, or your favourite bar of chocolate and make yourself a cup of tea, sit back and enjoy every single second of it. It is what I call my Saturday tea time treat, and it is now a very special moment for me.
