The 17 Day Diet book, which was written by Dr. Mike Moreno, has opened up another avenue for people to lose weight without having to dread mealtime. The new method, which a lot of people have testified positively to, provides users with a system of losing weight that does not come with taking pills, nor is there a requirement for anything extreme - things that come with a lot of side effects in the long run. However, the biggest question is can 17 days really help one lose weight?

OK, so to understand it a bit better, The 17 Day Diet book contains a systematically outlined kind of meal plan spread over a 51 day period to help overweight individuals attain a healthier better looking physique. From day 1 to day 17 is termed the ‘Accelerate’ period, where you are to eat only meals low on carbohydrate contents. The next seventeen days, which is from day 18 to day 34, is termed the ‘Activate’ period, where you then eat meals that are rich in carbohydrate contents.

Then the final 17 days period, which commences from day 35 to day 51, is also known as ‘Activate’ too, but the difference between this and the former 17 days is that they are designed to help you achieve a balanced diet focused on good eating habits. And that is possible when you administer the required meals as instructed by Dr. Moreno. Dr. Moreno claims that the book provides simple steps of a diet plan that is aimed at cutting down visceral fat and belly fat too.

The book is a good read for those who are tired of those bogus scams and fake diet pills that are said to help one lose weight but ultimately do not do a thing. These options have been proven to have dangerous side effects, and that is why The 17 Day Diet book of Dr. Moreno is geared to help you lose weight the healthy way without those health threatening side effects. Apart from that, the diet plan illustrated in the book is aimed at making you take the challenge of losing weight even without having to go through the frustration, boredom, and psychological torture involved with extreme dieting.

The steps are easy and the result is quite encouraging. The effectiveness is quite clear if you decide to take time to read what others are saying on review sites for the book.
