What Causes Overweight?

It happens to you to get fat just for watching a sweet tooth? Other people on the contrary it seems that they can eat sweets, crisps, chocolate without that their body is minimally affected in the negative. Instead, we see the rise waistline if only we put our chips in the shopping cart. And if we go to the supermarket hungry go away with the bag full of junk food instead of healthy and wholesome.

The weight increase may have many causes

Some have a fat metabolism active and more lazy. It should be hereditary. Unfortunately, as we age it helps to modify the metabolism against us. In fact to not gain weight you should move more or eat less. But more we age, the more we become lazy and less viable, we get tired more quickly and in parallel increases the risk of developing diseases. But the cause of the extra pounds can also be a diet rich in carbohydrates, frequent overeating and lack of movement. The cause is not one.

Stress: factor number 1

It is clear that eating constantly fatigued stomach and intestine and both get used to constantly transform the calories. Especially in times of stress often fail to control the craving for sweets. You eat a little 'more than enough to stay healthy. And do not forget that even if the package says "no fat" there is still a high sugar content which then turns into the layer of fat on our hips.

You get more with less

Basically we put on weight because our diet is rich in calories and too low in fiber. We introduce more calories than they burn. One hundred years ago people were moving 90 times more than we do today. Among other things, the power was conceived differently. Today we eat often but not hunger for appetite, boredom, frustration or sorrow.

We can do something

There are many ways to awaken our metabolism. Have regular meals and choose the right foods is one of them. As for food, those that have proved useful in this regard are: peppers, chili pepper, protein, coffee, and fish rich in omega 3. In addition, whole grains are preferred because the fibers prevent the insulin spikes.

The metabolism can be stimulated simply by drinking plenty of water. More blood is liquid, more water has available the body and faster the nutrients are transported and waste removed. Water is the source of life. If you drink enough water you feel more vital. Drinking water is not that difficult!

As I have written elsewhere, the fat metabolism can be stimulated with exercise or taking supplements made from specific amino acids.
