Attitude is an investment. The better you take care of it, the better it will take care of you. From the early times human has been trying to establish some kind of relation between body, mind and spirit. Ancient Indians were considered to be the Masters in this art. They were highly intellectual and had unimaginable powers. Before I write anything further, I take a bow and pay my deepest respect with tears in my eyes for their art, thought and way of life.
They laid down few principal on how to develop positive attitude in life out of which we will discuss few of them. Remember just one and only one statement is enough to change your lives.
1: Keep your thoughts in your control through Meditation
2: Whenever you feel helpless, pray to god for strength
3: If you have any grudges in your heart, you will never be happy. Remove them.
4: Think what you can give to this world rather than take from this world.
5: You are as happy as you want to be.
These are not the exact translation but the essence is the same. If you want to really know how to develop positive attitude in life you have to do lots of things as human beings are always on the edge.
I can never in my life tell you what and how great are Ancient Indian Culture and Ethics. If you are really hungry and want to go in totally different and high level thinking you should Google out about Ancient India and its achievements. There are gems scattered throught the time period.
There was never and there will never be any civilization with such high caliber and capability in all aspects as Indian! I take a bow again and am really proud to be able to know that such people actually existed! I might be a bit off topic but I could not resist. Coming back on how to develop positive attitude in life, I hope I have given enough steps to start with and will update the article so that I provide few links where you can find great information and professional help. Proper use of it can change your life.
Remember the key to know how to develop positive attitude in life is to keep you surrounded with positive thoughts, positive people, positive friends, positive enemies, positive emotions and finally positive books.
