Will my husband ever love me again? If you both have recently separated or divorced, you may find yourself asking this question. And to be honest, it is a fair question. But having said that, there is not an easy answer. Relationship dynamics are different with all couples, but, in most cases, it is quite possible to get your husband to love you once more. Wanting to feel loved is a very real concern for all of us.
Lets get a little deeper into this question. Do you really want to know if he will love you like he once did? Most likely he will not, but that is fine. You need to be working on yourself. If you have been focusing on your marriage going downhill, that stress will be eating away at you constantly. Most likely you spend way to much time focused on your husband and the relationship. Step back away from that for awhile and focus on you. This is not about manipulating your husband, this simply means put yourself first for awhile and get your head cleared.
Once you have cleared your mind, start building a positive environment that helps foster any feelings he still has toward you. Go back in your memory to the time you first met and what made him fall in love with you at the beginning. Then highlight those things. Was it your sense of humor that attracted him, your beauty, or how you were always there for him? Just revisit that time now, he will notice.
Now you may be wishing that the answer to "will my husband ever love me again?" magically appear, it in all likelihood will not just appear out of the blue. The only person that you can change is yourself, you can not change your husband, even if you wanted too. Work at changing yourself, become better, while at the same time fostering the feelings in him that made him love you in the first place.
You can still seek his input about things. You have still have meaningful conversations and talk about how things currently are. It is not going to be easy getting him to love you again, but if you persist, it is possible. Once you feel loved again, you will be glad you made the effort.
