For example, the more you move and walk around, the less pain you have during labor, and the quicker your labor will be, making the birth experience much less painless and quicker for you and your baby. During labor you are more fit, therefor you tend to take a lot longer to get tired. There are countless advantages of a little exercise, so get up and start moving.

In case you have not used any contraception for any time more than six months, and you still have not managed to conceive it might be necessary for you to consult your nearest fertility clinic.
