Omega Goodnes Baby Brain Booster

Omega 3 and Omega 6 are known as brain food, these are incredible minerals that give you and your baby an incredible boost during pregnancy. Some of us know this, but some of us don’t know that Omega 3 and Omega 6 provides your growing baby with energy and everything necessary for good physical and mental growth and most importantly good brain development. Babies with enough Omega 3 and Omega 6 have longer attention spans, and higher IQ’s.

Researchers have discovered that we are not getting enough Omega 3 and Omega 6 in our diets, and are beneficial for you and your unborn babies health and wellbeing during pregnancy. But the intake of Omega 3 and Omega 6 should be the same. An imbalance could cause a number of chronic diseases. It is recommended that while pregnant you should get at least 200mg of both every day to facilitate healthy placental blood flow and the efficient exchange of nutrients and oxygen between mother and baby. This should be taken in either daily supplements or two portions of 340g of fish per week.

These Omega fatty acids are especially important during the third trimester of pregnancy; this is when the most development occurs. This is the time when your baby uses Omega fatty acids to form about 70% of his brain system. This is also the time when your baby works on her nervous system.

Many studies have shown the following advantages to your baby. It offers important vital nutrients for your baby’s neurological development. It promotes the development of cardiac and respiratory systems. It supports brain and eye development. Increases IC by increasing learning and cognitive function of your baby, and increases attention span. A good attention span is the fundamental measurement of intelligence in early and later life. And one of the best advantages is that it is linked to better sleep patterns. It improves your baby’s immunity and reduces the risk of allergies.

Omega 3 is a primary component of brain cells, and plays an important role in every organ development and tissue growth in the body as well as the nervous system. Omega 3 is vital to a healthy mind, positive mood, healthy heart and a healthy body.

These are all excellent reasons for you to stock up on the Omega 3 and Omega 6 supplements and take your daily recommended dose. You will be doing yourself and your baby a big favor with all the health benefits you both get with Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils.

I still have some more articles coming on this specific topic and I will have a lot more information on Omega goodness to boost your baby's brain. Omega Goodness is the best for your baby's brain.

Every single day holds the possibility of a miracle.
