Great article Cindy, we take our food for granted most of the time without thinking about the consequences. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring.
I couldn't agree more, our children are to important and they need to be taught healthy habits. Everyone is wondering around with McDs hamburgers and eating processed foods wondering why they never have any energy or are over weight. I believe everything we eat or drink has an immediate effect on our bodies. I have dealt with some recent health issues that have made me start eating healthy food and the results have been immediate and drastic. I have lost a lot of weight and feel better than I can ever remember. This is even more important for a child while in the womb and while growing up. I can't think of anything more important than teaching your child healthy habits.
