Get information and feelings poured out into an information product. You can do it.
Get stuff out of your head and into you in the form of an information product. Keep it simple!

(1) If you're good at writing, and love to write, then write!
(2) If you love to talk, teach by talking your way through an MP3 audio recording
(3) If you've got experience making videos or other forms of pictures with talking (technology!) make short videos.
