Speaking English fluently is difficult, especially when you're from another country. Hell, even some Americans speak incorrect English. Is it because they don't know how to, or is it because America is not the only place that have a diverse crowd? In this article, I will explain to you how to speak English fluently.

Let me be real with you. I'm not an American. I was born in Liberia. Yes, I speak backwards, because of my culture, however, if I really wanted to, I can speak English fluently. People think I'm from New York at times, but that's because I'm not country. I live in the South, but you won't hear a country accent.

Here's the thing, I'm in school for Journalism. Yes, I love to write. And sometimes I forget not to write the way I talk. That is why it's important to read over what you write when you're in college majoring in English or Journalism.

See, if you're struggling to get a good grade in school becauce of your writing, then it's clear you need some type of help or support. Don't get frustrated and give up. We all go through things, but it's the passion to keep going that leads to success.

Sometimes your mind goes blank, right? Sometimes your words get twisted into a run on sentence or even worst, punctuation and grammar issues. Believe me, when you make a habit of checking over your work and getting help from a professor, you will start understanding what it is that you need to improve in your writing.

If you feel like your school professors can not help you, then you might want to turn to something else. Maybe a good guide can help you. Something that has someone actually speaking to you and telling you want to do, because sometimes reading is not all to it, hearing might be what you need.

I know for me, phusical learning is best, and even both reading and hearing is better. I will suggest that you write as often as you can and study different written patterns.

1. Try not to use 10 words when 8 is good

2. Don't use a big word just to sound intelligent (small words are good enough and can mean the same thing)

It's easy to get "its" and "it's" mixed up. Continue reading over your sentences and see which words you get mixed up. One thing for sure, there are tons of ways to learn how to speak English fluently, know what your problem is and you should start getting better grades in school.
