Issues Of Photographs

In today's age of technology it is so easy to snap a photo of our friends, family, strangers or enemies with your cell phones or just a camera. Social Media sites such as Facebook sports billions of photos of almost nearly every one that ever touched a computer. Every second thousand and possibly millions of photos are posted online before we could wink our eyes, finish a complete sentence or hugging our sweethearts. The growth of photograph posting is expected to grow to an alarming amount at record speed.

There are those who avoid taking pictures at all cost and hate the idea that others are looking at their photos. These shy individuals will bust a vein if you ever point a camera or cell phone at them. Such persons are demonstrating their rights due to the fact that a photograph is considered a private property. Persons, who objects to be shot for a photo, and if it is taken without the individual permission, then it is a criminal offense which comes under the legal definition of harassment.

Billions of Facebook users over looked the Terms of Service granted to Facebook when they sign up. The company has massive power and can use any of your pictures for their honest business venture if they choose even if you close your account. As of January 2013 Facebook Monthly active users stand at 1.06 billion plus there are 618 million daily users and 680 access Facebook via mobile. The total amount of photos on Facebook at the current moment stands at 90 billion.

There have been lawsuits over photography and one of them was leveled at the popular Social Media Facebook during December 2012 in the San Francisco Federal Court.

The top subject related to photography must go to babies because they are so cute and unpredictable from their parents point of view. After a photo is taken of a baby by a parent it doesn't matter how lousy they look because the photos are considered very precious items like money in the bank. There may be a fine statement coming from grandma. "Baby you look like a million dollars."

It is a miserable business when a marriage or relationship comes to an end over photograph that were found lying around or on Facebook which show one party in the arms of an enemy or an ex lover. Imagine how dreadful to hear your sweetheart or wives say, “Harry, from these photos I can see you have been cheating on me with that hooker who parade her stuff on the street.”

Then there the amateur and professional hitman with links to Organized Crime who are paid handsomely to take out Mr.X has agreed in the contract. They all require a photo of their victims before taking up a job. Mmm, yeah, this victim has a nice forehead for a perfect bullet between the eyes. There may also be a cry of, No! No! From the seasoned killers when they see some photographs. They grumble,“this target has a pin sized head and I don’t want to miss, so I better use my machine gun to spray him with lead.”

Justice has also found ways to make use of Wanted suspect, Ex cons and vicious criminal rats photograph. “ A 35-year-old Johnny “Mad Dog” McLean, who was wanted in several cases of robbery and rape, was nabbed when he tried to board a train at the busy train station. Quick action by the clerk at the ticket counter who saw the perfect match of the criminal photo hanging above the wall, when Mad Dog ordered his ticket. The police was called and the bad rat got caught.

Hundreds of thousands and possibly millions of hookers photographs are posted on the net every day. Some photos are bought and sold by certain individuals who want to lust at the Sinners in the flesh on a daily base. There is a scream going on somewhere in the world right now. Eeek! What a pretty dish, I would love to marry her right now. Meanwhile elsewhere, at some rich man's castle, there a cry of, "find her and bring her to me, I want her, I want her, and I will have her."

Printers are strange guys, they will spend hours trying to achieve the perfect photograph. They observe it from various angles and getting input from their fellow workers. Plus a heated discussion may surface. George you didn't get it right, look at the way the pigmented ink is, plus you used too much of the dye ink on the surface. "Darn it," and with swift hands the photo is destroyed. There may be a shout of “ what, George you just need to touch it up a bit.” The respondent would go something like, "If I can't get a shot to look perfect, then I don't consider it to be a successful photo.

If you want a photo removed from certain environment cause you hate the darn thing staring at you, and possibly scaring others due to its eagle like nose feature. Go and request its removal by the individual who placed it there. If the person refuses to then consult a Lawyer. However if you are a self made man with the mental concept. I fight my own battle so be prepared for war and head for your battle ax.

The first photograph was taken in 1826 or 1827 by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in France. 1827 to present is a very long journey and the future of Photograph shooting is going to be an ongoing process which won't be stopped during our lifetime.
