Steve Jobs was a creator and an inventor. He created the most unique and defining creations of are century. He was a very intelligent man. He understood the consumer and supply and demand. He helped the world in a way that most cannot. What most don’t know about him will surprise them. He lived the American dream and went against the social stratifications.
Steven Job was born on February 24, 1955. He was an orphan living in San Francisco he was later adopted by the Armenian family. His new family took him from San Francisco to Mountain View California. His biological family was very intelligent his father was a political science professor and his biological mother was a speech language pathologist. He had very intelligent biological parents.
During junior high school Steven Jobs would go and listen to the lectures at the Hewlett-Packard Company. He later applied at HP and got a seasonal job for the summer. He enrolled in Reed College in Portland, Oregon. He only attended one semester before he dropped out. Even though he dropped out he still stayed on campus, and stayed in friends dorms.
In 1974 he went back to his home town where he started to attend meetings at the Homebrew Computer Club. He later got a job with a manufacturer of video games. After getting his job at Atari, he traveled to India where he met his new friend and future employee of Apple Daniel Kottke. He came back to California and went back to his job at Atari where he was offered a position to work on circuit boards. He wasn’t too fond of working on circuit boards so he teamed up with his friend Steve Wozniak. Jobs and Wozniak challenged the system and changed the way the Atari circuit Boards were made and to the amazement of the owner of Atari Jobs and Wozniak new technique worked.
Later Wozniak and Jobs teamed up to make the first desktop computer for Apple. Jobs was not the original CEO for Apple. Steven Jobs was not the founder of Mac but later took over Macs operations from the original founder Jeff Raskin. He later became the CEO after Mike Scott the original CEO didn’t prove to be an asset. On January 24, 1984 Steve Jobs introduced the first successful computer with graphical user interface.
Steven Jobs was not only an inventor but a motivator. He proved that the impossible can happen. He also proved that you don’t have to come from a rich family to be rich. He showed the American people that the little man can become the big picture. Steven Jobs will be remembered not only for his brilliant inventions but also for his will to keep going. He never gave up even when he was out of luck. He always saw the big picture and always followed his dream no matter how far it got from him.
When it comes to a recession it takes motivation and courage to get through it. Having a role model and someone to look up to is another good way to get through a recession. There have been a lot of big names that made it big during a recession Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are some of them. A recession is said to always come every 10 years and by the look of economic charts this has proven to be true. Recessions are seen to be very bad but there are also positives. Without recessions we wouldn’t of come to know the greatest people in the world and we wouldn’t be enjoying today’s greatest inventions.
