Texas Judge Warns Of Riots And Civil War With the Re - Election Of Obama

A Texas Judge was calling for tax increases for the Lubbock area. The reason for the tax increases was simple. He wanted to be ready for any emergency that may arise with the upcoming election. The extra tax revenue would go for hiring on more law enforcement officers in Lubbock.

When asked why the extra police officers were needed, Judge Tom Head replied with an alarming take on the possible outcome of the upcoming presidential election.

In the local Fox news interview Judge Head told of an impending civil war that would grip the United States if President Obama was re-elected. The extra sheriff deputies would be required to keep the peace.

And what would be the reason for this civil unrest? The re-elected President will turn over control of the United States to the U.N.

OK, I don't know about all of you out there, but this made this ole cowboy stop dead in his tracks! United Nations would takeover our country?

I thought I this type of rhetoric came from extreme groups way out in left field somewhere. I never would have expected a comment like this from a sitting Judge in Texas!

Let's back up the confederate wagons for a minute. You can honestly see a scenario in which President Obama's re-election can cause public riots and unrest throughout this country?

Well, now let me think this through for a moment. Good law abiding citizens are going to join mobs in the street and begin to wreak havoc upon this country because a majority of this nation re-elected President Obama!

Sounds ridiculous to this ole cowboy. I don't like the man, Barack Obama, but I respect the office of President that he holds. I would like to think there are enough like-minded folks out there.

Let's just say that riots and unrest do break out all over this country. The next logical step for a president of this country would be to call out the military to enforce martial law. As commander-in-chief it is constitutional for a sitting president to declare martial law.

The possible reasons include rebellion and invasion of this the United States of America. With this in mind, why would a commander-in-chief of the most powerful military force in the world call upon the U. N. to bring in troops to settle unrest that is happening here in this country? I will leave you to answer that question!

This ole cowboy is disgusted with the hype and rhetoric from both political parties! There are plenty of important issues to be addressed by the presidential candidates. Let's leave the innuendo and rhetoric alone and focus on things like the national debt, illegal immigration, social security, health care, and many more legitimate issues.

Again, just some thoughts from an ole cowboy in the outback of New Mexico!

Street Talk

Gee, what an article! You would think most Americans are crawling in the streets, that the banks have failed, and there are terrorists around every small town corner under this president. Riots over the re-election of Obama? Looking at it objectively he was no better or worse than life with George Bush. Good controversial article, Mac. You'll have steam coming out of people's ears!

I would refer you to a book (fiction) written by Tom Kratman titled "a Desert Called Peace". Obama is his "progressive" female president. There has not been a majority election in a long time (over 50% of the voters) The U.S. is split down the middle with the hard left and hard right pushing their agendas. Civil war within the U.S. would not be expected as the economy does not improve, more jobs and industires move offshore for cheap labour, more entitlements, higher taxes, and more beaucrats, including federal police. Right now the U.S. is at a crossroads. Hopefully some sanity will prevail.

We can only hope for some sense of sanity! I have kept up on politics for a long time and have noticed that politicians have become more and more insane! The idea of a majority election is not going to happen in the current scheme of things. The electorate is where the candidates are chosen and then each party goes with that choice. This leaves very little chance of a majority candidate to ever win an election. As for civil war in these the United States, I can see a time when the government oversteps it's bounds and citizens rise up in rebellion. When? Where? and for what Cause? All are things to be found as we move along the dangerous political path that we are on. Mac

Wow McK can you start a discussion....good one....I only have to say that I have never been worried about or for our country until the current administration, who does not seem to be protecting us and all of our rights in the constitution. Why would anyone in the office of president of our country be doing these things that lessen our strength as a country???? I am trying desperately to figure out what reasons would he have for doing what he is doing to our country? yes politics is evil in itself because reelection campaigns do not seem to involve saying exactly what you are going to do....like President Obama'a "Change" policy..That literally said nothing but people were so afraid of big business, which is not evil and there is nothing wrong with it, unless it is illegal gain,..... that they went for any change... They were wrong....I believe the change we have seen in this administration is not good for our country....I have been frightened for only the current administration and have never had to fear for my life before....I used to feel protected here....what happened? Change is definitely what we need now.... just to be safe....just to feel safe again ....And I have always felt the need to stock pile guns and ammo to be safe because you never know what might happen.....we have the right to bear arms to protect ourselves.....that is one of the reasons we came here ...to freedom.... to practice whatever religion we wanted....as long as it does not infringe on anyone else's right to life and liberty.....definitely not like killing your daughter because she is not virgin anymore....what is up with that kind of barbaric killing?... that is moral deception at its finest...sorry about ranting...I am all for that sheriff ...he has a right to protect us all...that is his job and he is just trying to do it in case a rebellion begins...he still has to take control and keep the peace somehow and he might need to have enough people to do it...I am glad I do not live in a border state....oh that's right I live on a peninsula on an island..surrounded by water.......maybe it is time to move back to the hills....???? I am the hillbilly 'round here you know....I am used to people hunting for their food and carrying guns around.....and helping each other do whatever needs to be done....unlike living in the cities where people are afraid to speak to each other....I will quit now....You really know how to incite speech.......good article !!!

The problem seems easy enough to fix. Let's have candidates run on platforms that are about their own qualifications and what they bring to the office they are running for and let us know what they stand for. Leave the bulls**t for the bulls out in the range land! Thanks, Tim!

I wouldn't doubt that a bit! The dems have always wanted to rid us of our guns! I know of a few republicans that want to do that as well! I know that will be a breaking point for many people if the right to bear arms is taken from us. I know I will be keeping my guns! Thanks for reading, John! I appreciate your input. It means a lot!

I wish there was some sort of option out there for us. I see none. Maybe there is someone hiding in the wings who will hit the 'independent' scene....I'm praying....I'm hoping. Let's get the govenor of Ariz and Neb to run as Pres/VP. I like their take on upholding the law. I've always loved Grenada....I might just be moving come November.
