So, you have decided to stop smoking cigarettes and are looking for the best way to do so. There are so many methods out there, how on earth do we find one which works and is not too difficult? We are not going to recommend that you develop your will-power and attempt to go 'cold turkey'. Just in case you think I might be referring to hypnotism, once again this is not the case. I am a great believer in hypnotism in certain situations, but this is not one of them.

No, the techniques we are going to encourage you to follow are based on something known as NLP. This is a scientific way of helping people to change their own behaviors in a very natural way. Contrary to popular belief, NLP (short for neuro linguistic programming) is not hugely complicated and some techniques can be learned very quickly.

As with learning anything completely new, it is as well to get the help and guidance of someone who really knows what they are talking about.
