Good points. I think that those that wish to quit smoking need to also psych themselves up against smoking in general. Instead of longing for it, which many do, you MUST tell yourself that you hate smoking and continually think of it as a dirty, expensive, health-robbing habit that it is. Think about the corporate executives that are getting filthy rich from you, making yourself poor and diseased. Think about the government doing the same, and not imposing any real laws against adding addictives to the tobacco, which the industry does, just to keep smokers enslaved to it! Smokers MUST believe that they hate it.
