How to Stop Smoking Now And Change Your Life Forever

One of the most wildly asked question today by millions of delusional smokers worldwide is, “How do I stop smoking now?” One answer that is widely given to many smokers is to find a healthy alternative to cigarettes. Nicotine patches, chewing gum, herbal cigarettes and the most popular, electronic cigarettes are all healthy alternative to smoking cigarettes but they are not enough to prevent a person from quitting entirely. One key point in quitting smoking cigarettes is to be able to have the right mind set and the strong determination for your goal. Actions require guidelines, and without guidelines, actions do not go far. Setting key goals and setting your mind in the right track is the key to stop smoking now. Although healthy cigarette alternatives like electronic cigarettes are great to aid in the process of quitting, a motivated mind with key goals combined with electronic cigarettes creates the chance of failure to be almost impossible.

How do you set your mind to the right path to aid you in the process of quitting cigarettes? First, and most importantly, you have to set goals for yourself that are reachable and that are possible to do on a daily basis. Setting clear and direct goals for you is crucial in creating a lifestyle that does not include cigarettes. As you progress through your goals on a daily basis and accomplish them one by one, you can turn your goals into a lifestyle that can be performed for the rest of your life. Goals such as smoking one less cigarette a day is a clear and narrow goal that can be done with just the right amount of motivation. Limiting yourself to smoking only one cigarette a week can be a bit more difficult. Setting small goals to stop smoking now and accomplishing them is better than setting big goals and not being able to accomplish them. As you become more and more motivated as you accomplish your goals everyday, you will eventually get into the habit of not smoking cigarettes anymore and start to live the lifestyle of being a non-smoker.

Negativity is the root of all failure and all negativeness began from the thought of failure.

Negativity is not a good source of thought in your life and negativity only brings immediate failure within people. Being able to eliminate all traces of negativity in your life can actually help aid you in creating a better life for yourself and to stop smoking now. When you eliminate all negativity from your life and only think positive, you are paving the way for more opportunities, brighter days, clearer thinking and most importantly, more likely to accomplish your goals. To live a positive life without negativity or hatred, you can start by having positive and motivated thoughts about yourself. Instead of bringing yourself down because you cannot stop smoking cigarettes and it’s affecting your entire life completely, you should start to look at the bright side of life. Look at all the things you have accomplished with your life that have gotten you this far and remember all the times when you found yourself in a difficult situation but you got through it anyway. Well, you can definitely get through this cigarette smoking phase if you gotten this far in life already. You have to believe that you are the master of your thoughts, only positive thoughts will survive in your mind, and all negative thoughts will vanish completely.

Determining what motivates you to do something drastic is crucial for self-actualization (fulfilling ones individual potential in life).

Finding the motivation in yourself can be difficult for some but with the right guidelines and goals, a clear and determined path can surely motivate you through any given situations. Whether it is for a healthier lifestyle or personal reasons, finding the motivation to quit smoking should be found deep in one’s heart. Having strong willed and self-determination is the key towards creating a strong enough motivation to sustain a lifestyle that is a complete change for you. Maintaining a completely different lifestyle for the time-being may be a bit difficult at first but strong will and determination always pays off in the end.

Making a big change in your life by quitting smoking is a great change for you. Not only will it open new doors for you, having this change will pave the way to opportunities that you didn’t think was even possible. Smoking affects you in so many areas of life that you are not even aware of. While smoking has some of the highest rates of deaths in the United States, it can definitely be prevented if taken care of. Finding a healthy alternative is one way of dealing with smoking by switching to a natural alternative such as an electronic cigarette. Motivation is also the path for leading you in the right direction to stop smoking now.
