It isn't a big thing to ask for. I want quit smoking guides and products to work for everybody. Firstly, I find it slightly difficult to believe that there are multiple "Best Ways," especially when some of those websites promote every new quit smoking device under the sun, but perhaps this is the nature of the Internet. Secondly, I think the best way to quit smoking might be different for everybody, because we are dealing with a very psychological addiction, and everybody's mind is wired differently.
That said, I do believe there are many effective ways out there to quit smoking, and ones that won't break the bank. I find it ironic that in some instances it is more expensive to quit smoking than it is to carry on!
When you are looking at methods to quit smoking, there are some things you should look out for. Firstly, you want the method to be tried and tested. Something that has been proven over the years, with thousands, or millions of testimonials. Secondly, you want the method to be inexpensive, the last thing you want when preparing for the biggest change of your life is to be wondering in the back of your mind if you are wasting money. Thirdly, you want the method to be something that will take more than an hour of your time. I choose an hour as my example, because I find it crazy to believe that someone can quit smoking that fast, yet those claims exist. Do you know anybody who did? Lastly, I think it has to be something that deals with the psychological, not just the physical aspects of addiction.
Fortunately for you, there are websites that provide quality reviews based on experiences and tried and tested methods. When you visit sites like this, remember to take into account the tips I have given you, and you will surely find the best way to quit smoking for you. (I personally ended up choosing a method that contained a lot of endorsements from real people, and was the most successful method in its industry, but you have to find what appeals to you)
Take your time to browse around good review sites and see for yourself, before you get caught up in the hype of the next big thing.
i've come to the conclusion in my life that you'll never do anything until you put it in your mind that you're going to do it - if you 'try' to do something then you're not mentally committed - as far as the price goes - how can you put a value on your health and the quality of your life - i hope you convert all of the smokers in the world - for their sake
