Hi, thanks for asking the question. I think no method or gimmick will work until you yrself decide to call it quits. How? If you frequently get sick smoking, that could be an excuse and way to quit. Or smelling like shit after a puff not to mention the smell in the room. Find good reasons to quit (something you dislike about smoking), build on that and then take action.
Even long term quitters seem to come back to it eventually. What advice would you give for staying smokeless for a lifetime?

My son... trying to stop smoking...was really hard for him and while trying to stop, he eats a lot of fruits and vegetables , green tea plus my Moringa capsule and fresh malunggay leaves to prevent from any disease problem...added to that ,have faith! Thanks, good article...Eugene.
