We all have seen those shows were we see the Realtor's are showing these nice big houses and at the end they show there profit. Then you start thinking " WOW that's a lot of money I can do that. That doesn't look hard what could go wrong."

Okay now time to slow down now. Well first off you shouldn't think about making all that money at first cause the first thing you should be thinking is "Okay how can I become a Realtor & how do I get started". Well you can find all kinds of Real Estate School on line but I think you should ask around first cause you can find one better than an online. After you find out were you want to take your classes then you need to know how many hours do it take for you to earn your licence ( like in VA. you need 60 hours ).

Also ask before you pay for your classes how long is it good for if you don't pass (like the school I'm going to I have one year from the date I sign up).Then if they have any type of classes like maybe a 2 week course then I say good luck, cause when I took the 2 week course it went way, WAY to fast for me. I did learn a little something but just not enough to passes, but for others they can do this without any problem and I wish you the best of luck. Now if you think "Oh I can do this I know almost or pretty much about everything about Real Estate" well "LOL" that's for you, you shouldn't go walking into it as if you know it cause you more than likely don't cause there are more things to being a Realtor then you KNOW.

What you need to do is go in with a open mine and not thinking you know it all, and yes you may know some of it but I can bet most of what you'll hear you want. Now if I'm getting any of this wrong please correct me but this coming from my view. I've been wanting to be a Realtor for a long time not just for the money ( Yeah that is nice though), but to help the newly couple find there first home to the couple finding there retirement/dream home, and even though I haven't got my Realtor licence yet I can promise you this I will get them it may take me sometime but I'll get them.

And besides I've found out some people it had taken them at least three or four times to get there Realtor Licence, and like I said before this is coming from me only, I'll keep coming back here to update it to let everyone know how it is going and even if I can't get them I'll let you know. So if your like me and wanting to become a Realtor I hope this well help you out a little bit, and if you can get help then do so cause your going to need it plus taking this road to become a Realtor isn't easy so please don't think it is cause instead of reading my books and learning I wanted to let some of you know how it is before diving into it.

Don't be afraid to leap into a change no matter how hard it is just make sure you keep your mine open and also ask for help when you need it and never assume you KNOW IT ALL. Till next time wish me the best of luck and I'll let you know how I'm doing by the end of summer.
