Caribbean Poblano Fried Rice

Preparation Time- 25 min | Cooking time: 15 min

Salty, spicy, and sweet, this seafood recipe has it all! Rice is flavored with tasty vegetables, like Poblano and red bell peppers alongside savory black beans. This mixture is seasoned by and cooked in a slightly sweet, slightly tart pineapple juice that infuses the whole dish with a bright pop of citrus. The crowning piece is the sweet shrimp, which adapts the myriad of complex flavors presented in this one-of-a-kind shrimp recipe.

Asian Shrimp & Peanut Stir-Fry

Preparation Time- 15 min | Cooking Time- 10 min

Ready in just under half an hour, this seafood recipe utilizes the unique and delicious flavors of Asian cuisine to complement the luscious star of this dish-shrimp, of course. Eggs are cooked and combined with pre-prepared Teriyaki noodles and finished with a flurry of fresh green onions.

Instructions:

1- Scramble three eggs in a nonstick skillet, then remove and set aside.

2- Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper before cooking them in a tablespoon of oil. Once they turn pink, remove the shrimp from the heat.

3- Toss the shrimp and eggs with cooked Teriyaki noodles, julienned carrots, chopped and unsalted peanuts, and two tablespoons of fresh lime Juice.

Bayou Shrimp

Preparation Time- 5 min | Cooking time- 10 min

Clocking in at a record prep and cook time, this southern dish takes only fifteen minutes from start to finish. You heard that right! Fifteen minutes is all it takes to enjoy a flavorful shrimp recipe, accented with thyme, onions and bell peppers. A crumbling of vegetable bouillon connects all the flavors, and a finishing touch of juicy cherry tomatoes adds a fresh finish.

Cajun Jambalaya

Preparation Time- 15 min | Cooking Time- 20 min

The South graces us with yet another delicious interpretation of a seafood recipe. This is a traditional jambalaya featuring Andouille sausage, bite-sized pieces of chicken, fresh shrimp and vibrant bell peppers. Why choose one protein when you can have three?

BBQ Shrimp

Preparation Time- 10 min | Marinate Time- 30 min | Cooking Time- 15 min

Most people probably don’t conjure up visions of shrimp recipes when they hear the term barbeque. But maybe they should! This unique combination of ingredients yields really tasty results: chicken stock, maple syrup, grain mustard, garlic and apple cider vinegar. Who knew?

Instructions:

1. Combine all the ingredients and let it marinade for at least half an hour.

2. Throw away the marinade, thread the shrimp on skewers and grill until they’ve lost their opaque nature and turned pink.

Coconut- Curry Shrimp

Preparation Time- 10 min | Cooking Time- 15 min

If you’ve never cooked with coconut milk before, now is the time, and shrimp is the medium. Simultaneously rich and light as well as sweet and subtle, coconut milk pairs delightfully with spicy curry powder and fragrant cilantro, making this shrimp recipe a total knockout.
