Start with a Soup Bowl

Many foodies cannot resist calorie-laden salamis which are processed and oily. To stay healthy, start with a soup bowl as an appetizer. The best choice is the minestrone - a homemade soup having fresh vegetables. Another healthy appetizer is marinated vegetables which may be served with cured meats and cheese spreads. To ensure that your calorie intake is less, select steamed, grilled, or baked dishes.

Avoid Eating too Much of Garlic Breads

Be it garlic breads or bread sticks stuffed with rich cheese, they should not be consumed in abundance. Order in moderation as these breads are high in calories having oil or butter.

Savour the Taste of Insalata (Salads)

To stay fit and less on calories, salads are an ideal choice for you. Before ordering, ask what dressings are available. Keep away from dressing that is too rich. There are eateries that serve salads without rich dressing. There are good alternatives such as bean salad, green vegetable salad or pasta salad options.

There are some delectable choices like cold vegetable insalatas. These include potato and green bean salad sprinkled with a slight olive oil. Avoid too much of cheese. As far as Insalata di Avocado e Gamberoni is concerned, you can try this lip-smacking salad made from baby prawn and avocado.
