What Does "Paleo Diet" Mean?

The name Paleo Diet has been given based on the Paleolithic era because this diet resembles with the diet taken by the mankind during the paleolithic era which started 2.5 million years ago and ended 10000 years ago. During the stone age period, humans used to take their meals from natural sources like fish, flesh of animals, fruits etc. The modern man also thought that this diet was nutrients rich. The first person who emphasised on this diet was Walter L. Voegtlin who described that paleolithic diet could be very useful for a human being because it contains all the nutrients like fat, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. This diet excludes processed foods which contain sugar, salt, oil etc.

What is the need to take Paleo diet?

By taking Paleo Diet you can remain your body healthy and energetic without getting fat and the problem of overweight. So in simple words you need to set Paleo Dieting for you to make your body energetic and healthy without getting any fat.

Paleo Diet Does Not Include

Paleo diet does not include processed food which contain oil and much more which heals your body internally and creates more fat with a lot problems. Paleo Diet is a natural type of dieting which humans used back in Paleolithic-era, about 2.5 million years ago. Then humans body was solid and energetic due to this natural diet.

Modern human has the serious problem of fat and 40% of our adults are overweight due to their unbalanced and processed food. After setting Paleo diet for you, you can eat as much as you want but will not get extra fat but will stay healthy, energetic and fit.
