Delicious Toasted Kale Chips
Ingredients
1 bunch of Fresh Kale
1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to desired heat)
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Sea Salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Wash Kale and dry with paper towels
Cut into large chip size pieces
Arrange the kale on a non-stick baking sheet
Lightly toss the kale with the sray and salt
Sprinkle the top lightly with the cayenne then bake for 10 minutes or until crispy

Who needs potato chips when you have such a healthy alternative.
