Need some relationship advice? Struggling after your relationship ended?
Well, you're not alone! Millions of people across the globe struggle with their relationship at some point along the way and sometimes it even ends when you least expect it, due to unresolved issues.
Don't Waste Your Time
Trawling the internet looking for answers is where a lot of people end up. The problem here is that unless you're specific about what it is you're looking for, you could be looking for a very long time. The best thing to do here, is to think long and hard about what it is exactly that you need to find the answer to. You need to pinpoint the cause for your relationship being in trouble or where the problems are arising.
Get Specific
Once you have that clear in your head you can now search under specific terms in Google. For example, if you're having issues with the way you and your partner are communicating, or not communicating as the case may be, you're search term could be "better relationship communication" or "how to communicate effectively in a relationship". By being more specific you are narrowing down the search field to a more specific set of answers, thus reducing you're research times.
If you were to just search under "communication" for example, you could be trawling through websites endlessly and end up giving up due to not finding the advice soon enough. It pays to be specific!
Phone A Friend?
You could also try asking friends or family for advice if they've been through something similar, although the problem with this is that they may not have had the desired results from their actions. They may have lost the person they were in love with or they may not have fully resolved the issues they had in their relationship. They may have had completely different problems in their relationship than you're having in yours, so may be no use to you at all.
Speak To The Professionals
Your best bet is to stick with the specifics and seek help either via Google or find professional advice locally. Try forums where this sort of thing has already been dealt with and check out what advice has already been given and see if it could work for you.
You Want Me To Write A What?
If you're trying to reconnect with your ex or get your ex partner back in your life and your arms because they dumped you, there's some very specific advice you can use to be pro-active in starting your journey to get them back. First off, get a pen and some nice paper and start by writing them a letter. Hand written is always best as it's way more personal and thoughtful than email or text message.
What Do I Say?
In your letter, you want to let them know that you accept the break up and that you're ok with it. This is no doubt hard to take as you're probably not really feeling that at the moment, but trust me. Rather than trying to beg them to take you back or constantly contacting them, which only pushes them further away from you, you need to show them that you're ok with it. (Basically the opposite to what you're feeling). This will get the ball rolling and show them that you're strong and confident in yourself to hold your own, no matter what they decide to do.
Your letter will create of an air mystery in your ex about you. It will make them wonder how you're doing. This can make them think about you and intrigue them about what you're up to, which is exactly what you want. This technique gets you straight to the point and is the only online relationship advice you need.
