Inline skating has become one of the favorite ways of doing exercise. It is one of the best ways to get a cardiovascular going and it’s probably the most fun compared to other ways of exercising. If you want to learn how to inline skate, you’re at the right place.

Learning how to inline skate can be difficult and dangerous if you don’t have the right guidance, so in this article, I will explain safe ways in which you can learn inline skating.

The first thing you have to know about learning how to inline skate is safety. If you are a complete beginner, it is very important to wear a helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads and knee pads on both sides. Getting hurt is very easy and can be very dangerous in inline skating specially as a beginner.

Let’s talk about balance. Just as learning how to bike, your body will, in time, get used to the balance. Balance is something that you will get good at eventually if you just stand on your inline skates often. So the first thing to do if you are a complete beginner is to stand on your inline skates hanging on to a handrail and skate back and forth until you can feel that you can actually stand without falling. This is something I would suggest to do a lot when you’re starting out because it is going to help you with the balance.

Next, you have to know how to stand if you’re not going to use a handrail. To do this, bend your knees a little and lean your upper body forward a little. The form of your body should be like when you are riding a bike standing up. This is done to prevent you from falling.

The next step in learning how to inline skate is doing what I call the fish. The fish is basically moving forward by opening and closing your legs like a scissor in order to move forward.

After you are good at doing the fish you will start getting more comfortable in lifting one leg up which by that point you’ll naturally be inline skating forward.

These are good steps in learning how to inline skate. It’s important for you to do each of these steps until you feel confident to move on to the next step.  Just to let you know, I've worked at inline skating rinks so don't be doubtful about these techniques.  These techniques are techniques used by professional trainers that I worked with.

Once you are good at skating forward, you can repeat these steps to learn how to inline skate backwards. Once you are pretty good at inline skating you’ll be glad you learned. Inline skating is so fun it doesn’t even feel like you’re exercising.

Here comes the end of my article on inline skating, I hope you enjoyed this article and just in case you are interested in a neat way to make money through the internet.
