Emotion is a very deep aspect of our soul that take control of us if we don't know how to control it. Our emotions is so profound that it's the number one reason why folks act crazy, get depressed, get lonely, and be happy. Whatever that is causing your emotions to crumble, I can assure you that there are a few ways to dealing with it the best way possible. In this case, I will be talking about ways to control your emotions after a bad breakup or divorce.
As we all know, being love is the most wonderful feeling in the world, especially when you're loved back. See, being in love is very much different then loving someone and I can tell that you're in love because of how strong you want your lover back. One thing for sure, if you're in love with someone, your heart and soul is 100% given to that person and even if they treat you bad or have broken your heart, you will continue to yearn and want them back, nothing will ever change how much you love them.
It's ok to feel sad and depressed, however, it's not ok if you are allowing thses emotions to take control of your life or making you think of harming yourself, even worst comit suicide. I will tell you, stop and get a hold of yourself. You are so much better than that. Don't you know that you are very special? I'm sure your ex knows that too; you might just have to work some things out and have them realize that you are all they want and need in their life.
If you know for a fact and I mean 100% know that your ex does not love you and will never take you back, then I would suggest that you do some evualtion of yourself and work on yourself first. Don't be so hard on yourself, you're just human and no one is perfect, so please realize that everyone make mistakes. But if you are strong minded, kind, and smart, you will gradually see the difference in how your ex treat you and react to situations that they're dealing with you.
Dealing with emotions is hard, so the first thing you should know is that it's part of the healing process. You might want to find something that sooths you or helps you let your anger or pain out the best way. For instance, I write poetry and it helps heal my emotions when I'm ssad or angry. Finding something to do that you're interested in will ease your mind and heart.
The second thing you must realize is that you're not the only person in the world that is going through this. There are so many people out here that are probably worst off than you, so why worry and get overwelmed over something that will get better over time?
The third thing you must know is that no one should have that much power over your emotions to make you feel how you're feeling. I'm sure there are a few or maybe one person that is in love with you and you don't love them back. It gets like that sometimes, but do you see them acting crazy or not being themselves? I don't think so.
Once you realized these three things, you will find it heartwarming and then you will start thinking rational and making a good decision on how to win their heart back or decide that it's time to move on and continue with your life.
